Plottr is divided into a few easy-to-use sections to help you visually plan and organize your books and writing projects.

Timeline

The Timeline is the hub of Plottr — it's where you visually organize your Chapters, Plotlines, and Scene Cards to build out your story.

Outline

The Outline is automatically generated in Plottr using the content and structure of your Timeline.

Notes

Notes are where you brainstorm, organize story lore, collect research, and jot down ideas you may want to incorporate into your project.

Characters

The Characters section in Plottr is where you add and organize the characters you want to track in your project.

Places

The Places section is for tracking and organizing the locations and settings in your story.
