Common Questions
Can I upgrade my purchase later?
Yes, if you’ve already purchased a Plottr plan and decide you’d like to upgrade (for example, from Plottr to Pro ), you can do so from within your account.
- To change subscriptions, click the "Upgrade to Pro" button
- This will take you to our pricing page, where you can choose your new plan and complete the upgrade
Upgrading this way does not automatically cancel your original subscription. If you want to receive a prorated credit or transfer your remaining time to the new plan, please contact our support team before upgrading.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a 30-day free trial to ensure Plottr is the right fit for you before making a purchase. If you have any issues during your trial, feel free to open a support ticket. Our support team is eager to help you optimize your experience with Plottr.
What Happens When You Cancel Your Subscription
After canceling, your account will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You can continue using Plottr as usual during that time.
- Plottr Standard (Desktop) Users: Once your subscription expires, you’ll still be able to open and use Plottr, but the app will no longer receive updates or support access to new features. Your projects remain saved on your local device.
- Pro (Online) Users: Once your subscription expires, you will lose access to Plottr entirely, including your cloud-synced projects. We strongly recommend exporting your projects to Word or Scrivener before your subscription ends.
If you decide to resubscribe, you’ll regain full access to your projects and account features.
