The License Keys page in your account provides easy access to your code for activating full access to Plottr. (You can also find it in the purchase receipt sent to your email.)
Please note that a Plottr license key is required for activating your account after purchase, as well as for receiving updates.
License keys are purchased with the option of 1 device, 3 devices, and 5 devices. Every device that requires Plottr will need to use one of those open device slots. It’s important to keep in mind that purchasing a license for only one device will prevent you from using Plottr on both the desktop and mobile, so you’re encouraged to purchase the license package that best suits your needs. How to Find Your License Key
On the License Keys page, you’ll find your license key listed directly under the title of your purchase. You’ll also be able to see how many devices are assigned to this key under “License Details”.
Note: To provide the license key within Plottr or for customer support requests, simply highlight the key and copy / paste it where necessary.
Managing License Key Activations
To view your license key activations, click the “Manage Devices” link on the page:
To deactivate a license for a device, click “Deactivate Device” by the Device ID associated with it:
How to Find Your Device ID
To find your Device ID, click the “Account” tab in the Plottr Dashboard. Under “Account Information” the Device ID will be listed.
