How do I create an account?

A customer account is created automatically for you after purchasing Plottr. If you don’t receive your login details via email, please reset your password with the email you used to purchase Plottr, or contact us for assistance.

How do I log into my account?

To log into your customer account, visit the following page and enter your email and password: https://my.plottr.com/login/

What should I do if I see a Firebase authentication error when logging in?

If you see this error message, please clear your browser cache and try logging in again.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  • Visit the login page: http://my.plottr.com/login
  • Enter your email
  • Click the "Next" button
  • Click "Trouble signing in?" at the bottom of the form
  • Follow the prompts to complete the process
